Try before you buy
EasyPhotoShow offers a free trial (up to 50 photos, 5-minute videos) so you can fully evaluate the software, on your own computer, with your own photos, before paying anything. Because of this, purchases are generally considered final once your license key has been delivered.
If something goes wrong
If you run into a problem, a bug, an unexpected crash, anything that stops the software from working as it should, contact us first at info@rollinginnovations.com. Most issues can be resolved directly, and we’d rather fix the problem than lose you as a customer.
EU and UK customers
If you are a consumer located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a digital purchase within 14 days. Because EasyPhotoShow is delivered to you immediately upon purchase, our checkout process asks you to acknowledge that you’re requesting immediate delivery and, in doing so, waiving this withdrawal right once delivery has begun, consistent with applicable digital content regulations. Nothing in this policy limits any statutory right that cannot lawfully be waived.
Chargebacks and disputes
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. If you dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer instead of contacting us directly, your license is terminated and further use of the software is not authorized, per our End-User License Agreement. We’d always rather hear from you directly first.
